Leonard Street Lager was the first beer we poured on opening night, and it is still the one we drink after a shift. Pilsner malt from a maltster two hours north, a touch of Vienna malt and German hops, then ten weeks at 34°F.
It is not a fast beer to make. That extra month in the tank is why it tastes so clean.
