Furnace Stout is named for the foundry furnace that used to stand where our brewhouse is. Seven malts, flaked oats and a slow fermentation give it a smooth, chocolate finish without much sweetness.
Once a year a batch goes into bourbon barrels and becomes Barrel-Aged Furnace.
